Quarantine Management

            Background:  This article provides steps to find quarantined e-mail for your organization and take action on them

            Go to Email Security --> Ant-Spam in the Cloud Portal

            Select the Email Quarantine tab

            Select the direction of the e-mail (inbound or outbound)

            Enter sender's address, sender's domain or recipient address

            Click Search


            Select any e-mails you want to take action on

            Select the action you want to take on the e-mail

            Click Submit
