Step 1

• Log into your Google Apps for Business dashboard.

Step 2

• Go to Settings > Email > Hosts.

Step 3

• Click "Add route".
• Add the following route: Name: Managed Cloud Security Host: [value from support] Port: 25 Perform MX lookup on host: No Require TLS Delivery: Yes
• Click "Save"

Step 4

• Go to "Organization & users".
• Click "Add suborganization"
• Add the following organization: Organization Name: Secure Email Users Description: Outgoing Internet email for users in this organization will be redirected to the Teknas Managed Email Security service for scanning and encryption.
• Click "Add organization".

Step 5

• Click back on your primary organization.
• Select the users for which you have purchased, or would like to purchase, email encryption.
• Click "Move to".
• Select the new "Secure Email Users" organization.
• Click "Move to organization". Users moved to the new suborganization will inherit policies from the primary organization.

Step 6

• Go to Settings > Email.
• Click on the new suborganization, "Secure Email Users".
• Scroll down to the "Routing" section at the bottom of the page.

Step 7

• Click "Configure" next to "Sending routing".
• Add a new Sending route with the following settings: Email messages to affect: Outbound For the above types of messages, do the following:      Modify Message Route      Change Route to "Teknas Managed Email Security"
• Click "Add Setting".

Step 8

• Click "Save Changes".
• Outgoing Internet email for users in the new suborganization will now be redirected to the Teknas Managed Email Security service for scanning and encryption.
