Purpose: This article provides steps for creating and modifying Compliance Policies for Anti-Spam
1. Log into the Cloud Portal
2. Browse to Enforce -> Email Security -> Anti-Spam
3. Select the Configuration tab
4. Scroll down to Compliance Policies
5. Find the policy you wish to edit and scroll to the bottom. Add the entry at the bottom of the list. (Add only one entry per line).
6. Click the Save button below the Compliance Polices
Compliance Polices Explained
Whitelist Sending Domains: E-mail addresses from the domains in this list will be allowed that are being blocked by the anti-spam engine Ex. acme.com
Whitelist Sending Email Addresses: E-mail addresses in this list will be allowed that are being blocked by the anti-spam engine. Ex. john@acme.com
Blacklist Sending Domains: E-mail addresses from the domains in this list will be blocked that are being allowed by the anti-spam engine Ex. acme.com
Blacklist Sending Email Addresses: E-mail addresses in this list will be blocked that are being allowed by the anti-spam engine. Ex. john@acme.com
Block Attachments: Select the file attachment types that you want to blocked from being delivered in e-mail.
